Alliance Rules & Regulations

General Rules
Every rule boils down to the simple idea of "don't be a dick". We're all members of the same alliance and should treat each other with respect.
Awoxing
Do not kill or interfere with blues. This includes spying, killing, attempting to scram, or scamming among others. If a blue shoots you first you may shoot back. Unattended anchored warp bubbles may be killed. Do not threaten to AWOX people. Speak to a diplo.
Not Purple Shoot It (NPSI) fleets are fine. If you land in blue space do not engage — warp off from active combat grids. Scouting for hostile fleets is not permitted.
Skyhooks
Skyhook theft of any kind is not permitted in our own, blue, or friendly space.
Market Seeding
No relisting for profit.
There is no maximum percentage — we strive to get things as close to Jita as possible. Items might be marked up because of high value (e.g. Command Centers) or as a reserve buffer. Ridiculous prices (e.g. 100 mil for a 10 mil low m3 item) fall under being a dick.
Clearing all of a specific type of item because "you can" goes under don't be a dick.
Posting scam contracts to the alliance is considered being a dick. We seed stuff on the market for a reason.
Diplomacy and Incident Handling
Avoid unnecessary drama — be polite when speaking to others. If somebody is in space violating a rule, take a screenshot, then send it to a diplomat. Do not escalate in space.
Somebody breaking the rules is never a ticket to shoot blues unless they are an AWOX alt bubbling or scramming you. Let a diplomat handle it. Make screenshots. You should never shoot blues first.
Diplomacy Agreements
Drone Agreement — Do not anchor structures, take sovereignty, or "pick a side" in the drone lands. We're neutral in the drone lands and agreed not to interfere in the politics there.
Policies
Software
Insidious policy regarding third-party tools that are downloadable: they must be open source. Alliance members are not allowed to advertise for closed source apps.
Bubbles
If you anchor a bubble it must be manned at all times. If it is not, a fellow alliance member is allowed to remove it without SRP.
Try to avoid anchoring bubbles in line with traffic unless you're trying to catch hostiles in our space. If you do, please create a bookmark in the alliance bookmark folder with {** Z-K Perch Bubble Ping} — this gives alliance members a way to bypass the bubble.
